Hot zincing is the process of drowning a unit into a bath with melted zinc at 450 °C.

The Innovative commercial center "SODEJSTVIJE" realizes hot zincing of products. An oxide-carbonate film appears on the surface covered with zinc after the product extraction, the protective coating protecting products from further corrosion. Annual abrasion of protective coating makes 2 microns.

The working life of the metal (80-100 microns in thickness) zinced by such method makes 20-50 years depending on aggressiveness of environment.

We use zinc together with nickel that improves the metal alloy characteristics, makes the coating more smooth and bright to improve the process of anticorrosion treatment of metal products.
