The Company “Sodejstvije PC ICC” offers technological block-container for mobile network operators

The block-container offered for sale to mobile network operators consists from:
A. Frame work
The frame work consists from structural steelworks (rectangular cross section profiles) with their preliminary treatment and protective ground coating deposition.
B. Outside walls finish
Outside walls finish is made by zinced shaped sheet with protective-ornamental coating (Polyester 25 microns, colored) or by steel sheet á=2mm with further prime coating and paining with enamel.
C. Inside walls and ceiling finish.
Inside walls and ceiling finish is made by plate sheet with protective-ornamental coating (Polyester 25 microns, colored) or by other materials (gypsum boards, plastic panel, OSB plate), vapour barrier, insulant «Rockmin » - á=80mm, hydrobarrier.
D. Floor
The foundation of the metal frame is covered with solid steel plate á=2mm, hydrobarrier, insulant «Rockmin » á=80mm, vapour barrier. A black board on the fame top, flake board (á=16 – 2 coats), linoleum, skirting.
E . Outer door.
A steel plate door, single-leaf, heat-installed, fire-prevention with 2 gypsum boards installation covered with metal from two sides with two mortise locks and antidemountable male connectors ð – ð 900 õ 2000Í.
F. Roof coating.
Double-pitch roof, covered with zinced shaped sheet on the metal frame or vaulted (arched) roof covered with plate steel sheet á =2 (through shaped tube arcs), with further laying of prime coating and enamel.
This technological block container has the following characteristics:

1. This technological block container is stocked with detachable stairs, entrance roof overhang and cable rosts (trough all perimeter of the container).
2. The technological windows for power and feeder cables entry are designed in walls and floor (windows size - as agreed with the customer).
3. The container can be supplied with protective guard (frontal or the perimeter) at separate charge.
