The Company “Sodejstvije PC ICC” offers the services of metal structures components production for radiotelephone communication consistent masts.

Metal structures components production represents separate assembly units involved in overall masts erection with foundation of 300 mm to the height of 30 m.

a) Supporting plate of 14 mm in thickness with welded mounting flanges on the corner plates for the first section mounting by means of bolt joints. The plate can be mounted by plate bolts as foundation on the ground and so on buildings.

b) Support for slack adjuster a T-construction with 3 or 4 holes of Ø20 mm for slack adjusting. The assemblage consisting from 3 slack adjusters can be also mounted as in the foundation on the ground and so on the lift slab of building. The protective coating of supporting plate and Support for slack adjuster is made by hot zincking method with further polymeric coating (powder painting) of red color.

c) Slack adjuster presents the components production consisting from 2 bent cramps from bar Ø16 mm of different length. Cramps’ assembling on four-way scheme allows to make straining of mast wires. Mast completing units from 3 to 12 depending on wires lifting levels. Protective coating - zinc coating «Zinga». Components production volume corresponds to the ordered masts production.
